Sometimes when you get involved in something it is easy to get sidetracked so it is nice to have a written plan to look at.

Came across this thread while searching this question myself.I didn't actually, got side tracked and haven't been able to enter the market with the way it is at the moment.

I have finsihed a project and was wanting to do a post write up but the PRO deal came up and got side tracked...This is a very important moment for me and i'm wondering how many others stayed up 4 hours trying to say hello to others, deleted their messages at least 8 times to where a small book would have been written by now!  

You may make your money solving other people's problems however, I suggest you work on deal flow and not get sidetracked trying to solve a problem that ain't yours to solve.

I have a short attention span and can easily get sidetracked from my main money making operations.

A lot of people loose focus and get sidetracked by the other shinny objects in Real Estate.

@Luis Suarez - back to your original question (sorry we got sidetracked), I don't have any experience with SoloPro, aside from hearing agents discuss the potential implications for their job security.

I won't get side tracked focusing too much on it.That being said, finding a contractor right now to help me estimate repair costs would be helpful.

Also what I do that helps my scatter brain is automate minimum payments to all LOCs or CCs in my name, that way at the very least the minimum gets paid if you're side tracked and forget.
