I could come up with the cash to cover the gap, but I'm concerned, with how the market is potentially softening in our area, that I may be saddled with a property that will be difficult to sell in the next few years.

I don’t want to be saddled with repairs or have it possibly go back on the market, especially since it’s priced on the high end (most comps are original and not renovated ).

I will concur with Curt as saddle creek is who we use, and they do a great job of closing on time and handling business!
