Labor for framing also is a small portion of the man hours involved in a total house.You would also need to take into consideration plumbing, electrical, hvac, trim, drywall, cabinets etc and etc.Not saying it cant haopen in the future but I would think robots performing all thise tasks is in the future a ways.

That stands out vs the robotic crap they get from everyone else. 

The application itself consists of all the application documents and the Certificate of Completion of any required education, so without that it shouldn't be submittable. 

I grow weary of this robotic crap.

The shift from small business to robotic industry puts much more capital into far fewer pockets.I find it unnerving.

Could be an architect or an engineer or a draftsperson who could help you through the submittal process.Good Luck! 

Find a lender who feels more like a teammate than just some robot who is a part of the process.

Just a little tiny background on me is that I'm 22 years old, new grad working as a Automation/Robotics Engineer.

And the approval submittal/application is not onerous on the contractor and payment terms are reasonable to any legit GC. 

I'm hoping they build robotic handymen.
