Depositing it at a local bank seems the path of least resistance - then you’re not waiting for a check and going to the bank/sucking up your time.

Assuming anything other than hostility and resistance is not logical.

While the Laminate is highly scratch resistant and water resistant with good resale value it does have an issue with spills being left on the surface for a period of time.

I have a house that's under rehab now, and I have had to seriously resist the urge to do a lot of things myself that I KNOW I could do well and save myself money in the process.

If you talk with an average joe selling their house, you will probably get a bunch of resistance to seller financing.
