hey yall, I am a part of a team of wholesalers that I love, I am in charge of the disposition of properties; here is my current issue, I love my team they have helped me grow but after been at this for a couple of months I don't feel that I am growing anymore is more like repetition which cool however I want something more than 10% of the spread, I've done my homework in other niches, there are some that I want to try out; as of now I am low on capital to do my own fix and flip also have no idea how to get one done.

The first thing you need to invest in is yourself... read every real estate book you can get your hands on until they start to sound repetitive. 

It’s not nice, but if you find out the property is a money pit, use the inspection clause provisions (I assume in your contracts you have one..) to get out the deal.See how there is a phased, repetitive approach to this?
