hey yall, I am a part of a team of wholesalers that I love, I am in charge of the disposition of properties; here is my current issue, I love my team they have helped me grow but after been at this for a couple of months I don't feel that I am growing anymore is more like repetition which cool however I want something more than 10% of the spread, I've done my homework in other niches, there are some that I want to try out; as of now I am low on capital to do my own fix and flip also have no idea how to get one done.
