Thanks to everyone here who contributes to this community as I have just begun to go through other posts on this forum and it’s been extremely helpful.I was wondering, is there a particular tool/place people use to track all of their reoccurring expenses and performance of a given STR propert?

This is the same service people use to automatically pay reoccurring bills like utility bill, mortgage, internet, etc.

This is a reoccurring theme in the world of real estate... my advice is to get used to this notion and have the thought process of continuing to speak with as many people as it takes to get the answer you are looking for.

I'm already saving a good portion of my paycheck and have cut large reoccurring monthly expenses but like everyone, i want the next property yesterday.

Call a local pest service for a bid.Walk the property with the pest tech and take notes and pics of things that need to be fixed up to prevent pests--then fix them ASAP.Easy-peasy.They will probably offer you a reoccurring service contract.Good Luck!

I think you biggest downfall, is what sets you apart from other agents, Finding that kind of honesty is hard to find and Im sure it has created some strong reoccurring relationships

After a dozen or so you start to pick up on some reoccurring themes and get a pretty good picture of what success looks like.
