It's very easy to do this here in quebec, no clue about the rest of canada.You need to talk to a specialist, like a competent notary or even an accountant whos a specialist in real estate, meet them in your local RE groups monthly meetings.

The last (and only that we are aware of) communication/interest they have received about this was in 2017 from a commercial RE group who offered $55k for the entire lot of land. 

Needless to say, I had to get rid of that house and regroup.

I find that I spend too much time reading the posts on the FB RE groups I'm connected with a prefer to be working on my business.

I've already got a decent list put together from my agent, mortgage lender, and other helpful people on BP and the facebook RE groups but I could always use some more. 

To find those lenders, you attend RE groups, like RIREIG and Black Diamond, (which I host). 

While recently networking I was introduced to someone who is working with Newport RE Group LLC.
