Couldn't rent because people kept breaking  in to engage in drugs / prostitution and shooting the building from the outside. 

Two days later, it was being ran by drug dealers and prostitutes.

Drugs, guns, prostitution- All there.

I found hundreds of needles, heroine, dozens of medical marijuana containers, and the prize find - her prostitute log.

It's the "Oldest Business In The World," even older than prostitution, so there is TONS of information in books and online and people to talk to who will help you.

There's excessive alcohol,  drugs and prostitutes everywhere. 

No drug dealers, pimps or prostitutes soliciting people.
