Some of the other lenders mentioned in this thread are more so private lenders / hard money lenders and while they may underwrite based on DSCR, I don't think it is the DSCR loan you are looking for.

I've had success turning vacant Florida land into private shooting ranges.

I took a small private loan and bought my first home.

Private money may be better. 

But now, consumers will get a check for $13 each and have little force lobbying for private property rights. 

Whoever gives me the most business and has an excellent close record will first be presented with off-market opportunities. 

Sit back and wait for the market conditions to flip to where those strategies would work for me, or adapt to the current market.  

With rates high, I don't see much changing in the market as buyers struggle to afford a mortgage. 

I would just be careful hopping back in now as interest rates and low inventory are making it very difficult if you aren't finding your own off-market options to buy.
