What is privacy to you and how much do you feel you need?

There's a lot of chatter on these forums about pros and cons to forming LLC's in specific states citing greater protection and privacy but it's not entirely accurate and certainly unnecessary.

They detract something from primary structure(s) even if it is just reducing the lot allocated to primary unit but often it is more, like a garage, privacy, parking, etc.

Some of the most important are privacy, in a nice neighborhood like this a lot of people prefer to be discreet with the sale.

I would invest in Bitcoin, possibly other crypto currencies if you're brave.

This amounts to lost opportunity because if you had purchased RE, at the closing it can start producing return. 4) ADUs detract from the existing structure whether this is privacy, a garage, or just yard space. 5) this is related to the value added by the ADU, but there are many more buyers looking to purchase homes for their family than there are RE investors looking to purchase small unit count properties.
