There are brewery's opening, yoga spots, vegan restaurants, hip things - cool kid spots - solid signs.

Hell, she could simply blackmail her way out by simply threatening to report him to the Texas Real Estate Commission for practising unlicensed.

The main thing is to get some practise.

Hair salons, nail salons, yoga studios, Dojos.

Maybe you want to start a business, get an MBA, become a yoga teacher, etc.

They will even book chefs or yoga instructors if needed.
