@Bruce Lynn My wife and I love north DFW and spend a lot of time in Plano and Mckinney, is there any other area you would recommend we look at to buy a lot and build other than Mckinney, Allen, and Fairview (we are not into Frisco and see very little in the way of lots in Prosper). 

Does anyone know a good residential real estate appraisal.We Remodeled the house in East Plano area, DAllas-Fort Worth, and now in order to priced the house looking for a good appraisal.Does anyone know any good ones who can evaluate the house.Thank you,V

There are areas south of Frisco such as Plano, Carrollton, Addison and North Dallas (75252 zip) that have a lot more condos and townhomes.

I am a software engineer that lives in Plano, Texas but I am currently here in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina looking for some multi family and SFH.

Some areas I like to target are:- North Dallas, includes Plano, Addision, Richardson, Frisco, McKinney, etc.- East Dallas, includes Garland and Mesquite- West Dallas, includes Irving and Arlington- South Dallas, I tend to stray away from the south side of Dallas with the exception of properties near the Bishop Arts District.Again, every neighborhood has its place.It all depends on what you're seeking and comfortable with.Hope this helps!
