Application of 2 layers of redgard, exactly which tile and grout, caulking of all gaps between tile and tub, tile and counter, tile and floor.  

If you have a site plan, it may be smart to take the drawing down to the building department and ask over the counter what is needed.

It's not just a ramp that's involved but sink height, padded pipes, etc.

When I bought my owner occupied duplex my agent left a gift basket on the counter as a surprise. $50 Home Depot gift card and a bottle of champagne.

But it might be close enough to where they counter at say 165k or 170k even to where you're at least not paying retail.Those would be three ways I'd be looking at to try to get a discount.

Also, personally, I like solid surface counters.  

Unfortunately BP does not use a counter on post readers in the general post area where we are.

While I have some reserve and a HELOC on one of the properties, if something big happens while in school (busted pipes, fire, HVAC goes out, etc..)
