For investors who have such an array of potential investment vehicles to partake in, getting them involved in a project often requires giving up more.

I like both, I do both currently already, so I'm partaking in a little white and a little Rye AKA diversifying. 

However, people still partake, of course, but now all the STRs in Crystal River are at risk for fines or shut-down.

I have only recently started investing in real estate after a long awaited trial period my fiancé has agreed to partake take in with me on my begging wish.

So I have been lurking the forums for a while (finally registered and looking to partake in the discussions).

Or, if you just want to partake in conversation before or after is fine as well.

If anything, I would think those may have a greater demand as students would prefer (I know I was this way) to live in a house with a driveway and a backyard for barbecuing (as well as other social activities students seem prone to partake in).  

It amazes me how many home are in forclosure in this area, the auto industry has been hit hard and unfortunatly all our eggs have been in one basket, but I BELIEVE it is going to turn around and when it does I want to be established with at least a few choice properties in my back pocket so I can partake in the upswing.

Oh, and if you're married, think about whether you want to have your wife included on the deed and if she wants to partake in all of this, given the paperwork that's involved.
