Connect with the case worker for that tenant ensure you get a courtesy copy of notices they receive from S8 so you're in the loop about recertification dates, etc.Confirm the information above w/ your State S8 office but I can't imagine they won't allow you to charge late fees. 

I am on the mailing list for the Keller Williams office in Flamingo Beach.

After purchase the assessment office was given the survey and quickly reduced the acreage for taxation to 1.8 acres also. 

I know them and have been to their offices in Oakland.. they are for sure tech driven..

Otherwise try an executive office service like Regus (local options are cheaper).

I called every bank in my town (9 I believe) and got one financial officer to admit this is exactly how this works.

The ARV isn't that high, loan officers were hesitant to own more risk, etc.

They took on more projects than they can handle just as a number of market variables turned against them: materials costs and availability and staffing, both back office and subs, just to name a couple.

I drove to my office, everything around me was on fire including the landscaping and dumpsters in the parking lot--no firefighters around. 

Them helping one person try to save a few dollars will jeopardize their entire practice and every other person who does the taxes at that office.
