*June 2022: we move out of the main home so it is no longer our permanent residence and we begin to get the home ready to become an Airbnb with several construction projects and lots of design and furnishing.

With the apartment project I have found a lot of design inspiration from projects around Austin, TX.  

If it were me, I'd go back and see what I can fix in terms of design and copy.

To me it's very clear that a business needs a website, and I'm looking for one that is professional looking, and requires minimum amount of designing.

Can I write off the costs of designing the home, even if it hasn't been built yet?

I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry and have done a lot of design work for some of them on the side.Currently, my 9 to 5 is spent running a music marketing company that I started 15 years ago.

My future aspirations are to co-own or partner with a small boutique company that provides all these aspects of design and building new construction.My educational background is in Business Management and I do have a small portfolio of a few projects that I've developed in the past.

What sort of design inputs do you prioritize?

Dark green multi color paisley type of design.

We did make a lot of design changes to accommodate him as the home was a total rehab & we knew ahead of time the challenges he would be facing.
