@Ramada Evans yes that is all on you....you can go directly on airbnb/vrbo and do a search by the enemy method for houses that are similar to yours in size and bedroom/bathroom. 

I’ve got numerous other examples.  

If that is your intention the slow flip method is not for you.

I would like to do the BRRRR method.

If one method of communication (email in this case) doesn't work, you need to try another way (phone call).
