Selling and buying is a wash.Demand: once someone has decided it's time to move out with mom and dad they are unlikly to go back on that decision.That leaves us with a black swan type event, a nuclear war, ebola, collapse of the internet, a civil war (the most probable one of all the unthinkables IMO).So outside of nukes, will the market slow down at some point?
