My fear is exactly as @James Hamling stated that this will move more into a fee structure up front for buyers especially. 

The biggest challenge was getting past the initial fear that comes with a flip.

It may be a bit of fear?

Especially when they are going into foreclosure and fear their credit being damaged.

The chickens have not come home to roost for debt, and the Fed will not pivot prior to the election due to appearance of market interference and fear of having to pull back post-election.

But I think right now is the time to be ‘greedy while others are fearful’ I am still finding deals, it may be harder but it is definitely possible, does anyone else feel the same? 

That does not mean people should fear offering any amenities with their STVR.

Somehow, seeing it that way has ease my fear/anxiety. 

My wife's fear was that something would go wrong and I would lose everything.
