I’ve got some multifam going on Long Island and I’m working on fix n flips in the Hudson valley, as well as new construction spec building. 

We do have a couple engineers in our program, but the majority come from all walks of life – home builders, software engineers, dentists, fix n flippers, home wholesalers, real estate agents, shop owners… to name a few.

I'm sorry but Any professional who thinks they should earn $300 - $400+/hour da%^n well better provide that level of service.

You can do a live in fix n flip or you hold after you move out.

@Sam N.- thanks ...try reaching out to the local small to mid size  credit unions and banks in NJ ...contact the bank you  have your checking / savings with ...contact the lender that services your 1st mortgage for options .....regarding deprication - are you asking about the depriciation on the  primary home ( subject property ) being added in or  for the depriation from another property ?
