Modular is simply a stick built home, built in a controlled environment and delivered to the site in Modules and assembled, Manufactured homes are factory built to HUD code and the steel framing for the trailer is part of the floor system, they can be set on blocks and skirted, or set on a foundation with a basement.

Every time the cut a container, the engineer was on the clock, $$$.I like the modules Jay posted but not sure they will make it to the east coast anytime soon

However, street smarts, discipline, and self-confidence are modules never taught in university, at least, if they did, then I missed those classes. 

If you have a decent number of properties, I would recommend looking into Rent Manager which is a property management software but also has a great accounting module.

Also, just some clarification—you'll get access to the recorded modules on Sunday, 6/17—the first Zoom session is on Saturday, 6/24.

I met someone that did it and I believe he said there's a bunch of modules in it.

I drove through the park yesterday and one thing I noticed was 14 out of the 15 mobile homes are mid 80's modules and 9 are 2/1 and 6 are 3/2.
