I also met with Pine Financial at the last REIA and they want to start doing more lending in WI and actually have already been the lender for a bigger turnkey company here.  

Thank God the good people of northern LA keep planting more pine trees to feed the paper mills.And yet, people spend tens of thousands every single month to mail out postcards and those ridiculous yellow letters. 

The draw to this property is that it sits on a ridge top with beautiful views, has wildlife feed plots planted, conservation pine forests, pond, etc.

My wife and I are currently looking into purchasing a vacation rental in the Ocean Pines/Ocean City MD area.

It's not going to be a small, manageable town like Pine Lake, or even Decatur.  

Drive around Pine Bluff and look for cheap houses to fix up and make into rentals.

I was wondering if it was a good option to use 1x6 pine board for the baseboard.

Also Pine Financial (hard money lender) has a monthly meeting at the Boot Grill in Loveland.
