I have been contacted by many out of town wholesalers and I just can't get a grip on how a property can have two middle-men, a wholesaler and a Realtor, and both get paid on a low end property.

A solid plan is a path my men can work on, but frequently changing your mind or holding up productivity because a lack of a decision burns up money.

The men will love this and they usually will be in agreement with their wife about making an offer on a home.

Anyway, you know how many guys worked today and tomorrow, plus dumping fee, then you will get how much he spent on labor and dump, if he charges you 2400 for 2 men in 2 days, then you are paying too much, if it is 6 men in 2 days, you're paying too low.

We have two young men who are our only candidates at this point, and one of them is a construction worker who smokes.
