It's my understanding it's now similar to if it was a mortgage foreclosure.

I have some similar apartments that I rent for around $1,100. 

We had a similar issue recently, but we sent them the email chain that showed we were granted a permit and it was reinstated.

What you propose is different but in your original post this was not clear.with the additional info, I have seen similar comped with quads.
