So far February (barely) and March were down but every other month has been up YoY.

I stopped buying in March 2020 as we didn't know how the pandemic would play out.

The last one I purchased was right at the peak in March of 2022 and when rates started to rise.

Start renting by Feb/March 2025 for $2400 a month.

Back in March, the Administration announced a:$10,000 cash tax credit for many homebuyers, and a$10,000 cash tax credit for some homesellers.Highly inflationary.

I think it would appraise for around $140kI have only owned it since March, so very little rental income.

Next one is  March 5-8th.
