Each LLC will need accounting and possibly a (business) Tax return--that will cost....Should you be multi-member, single member, instate domiciled, out of state domiciled, member manged, manager managed?

Depending on where you live/your work schedule, and your real estate desires (and where you invest) it may be advantageous (and still economically viable) to hire a property manager to mange tenants in the area.

correct its an opportunity to join in a group of accredited investors buying an asset with a sponsor manging it.  

I was just at Bank of America in the process of opening another expense account but they informed me rather than opening another expense account they have a platform that allows me to mange everything.

In Los Angeles and got a home advisor quote to replace a basic kitchen faucet in my rental (I mange everything myself and only since then have my properties seen black ink) for $820.

I do believe the amount of time required to mange the unlicensed crew (and mange material) will put you in the ball park of the first two if you value your time properly.
