We have a management LLC (owned by my wife) & I have an LLC for my web design, authoring and consulting business.

Non-traditional credit that I have used before is gas bill, electrical bill, gym membership, phone bill, magazine/newspaper, really anything with a monthly payment that can show paid on time. 

Embracing a full-speed-ahead approach, I've drafted a rough business plan and developed a Progressive Web App (PWA) calculator, a tool to help me evaluate properties, determine appropriate rent, and calculate tax deductions – it's all about being prepared!

We would ask them to look at our web site then they would call back with follow-up questions or to schedule a showing.

Not saying it needs to look like a magazine cover, but make them appealing to potential buyers if possible.

I want to have my own license moving forward, and there's not much information on the web on how to do this. 

You will learn a lot more, a lot more quickly, and a lot more reliably, than chipping away on a web forum where half-questions and half-answers seem to dominate - just the nature/drawback of the format.

Eventually I want to do everything through a web portal but I'm not there yet. 

I can't seem to find any advice on the web regarding this set up.
