It was a phenomenal experience, not only were there top notch lectures in many different disciplines (not all real estate related), but the caliber of people who were on the cruise is probably the best reason to go, the people are from all over the world and can give you contacts and perspectives that are invaluable.I am now working with them in Belize as well.

They may give you a DVD for a $1000 investment or an hour worth of lecturing for $500, but in the end...all the ones I've seen are hunting for money, not looking to help an investor get started.There are always a few success stories, the people that followed their program and made thousands or millions or whatever.

Books are not very expensive, classes are a bit higher- the bootcamps are a good mix of material and lecture, with some limited hands on time in the field, coaches and mentors are pricey but effective and personal.
