The post office has been at this location for 80 years and all of the residents need to pick up their mail from the Post Office, there is no delivery. 

Other one I did its just moving along fine no worrisome e mails no hints of cash calls superior communications etc etc.

The tenant chose the option to pay through Avail instead of mailing me a cashier's check.
