We had an accounting system once that necessitated doing this - not ideal, but it keeps the assets and liabilities straight and AP is just an accrual until you pay the bill.

Good question, they seem to be all over the place depending on the area and I am not an insurance specialist, I think typically 1.5-2x normal rates but I could be off by a bit i have been honing in on White Hawk if you know that development and its in the pines but it does have water system with hydrants but volunteer fire department ..

I've heard horror stories that it's usually impossible due to the "burden placed on the municipality" but could really never understand what that burden was... most people living in those units wouldn't be using the school systems so aside from maybe an increased volume in emergency medical situations I can not understand that statement?
