Can you really qualify as a REPS with a full time W2 income?

Thank you,BradIt is very difficult to qualify as a rep without managing your own portfolio .You may find someone to do it(cpa) but it's a good way to get audited. 

I think the "title company rep" is part of his whole scheme.

Reaching out to insurance placement companies like ALE solutions and forming a relationship with a rep can be lucrative too.

And very few succeed at it unless you have substantial monetary backing to really attack the marketing get yourself a GREAT buyers rep who can actually close and understand how to maneuver bad titles etc etc..

In San Antonio, I hired reps for this type of thing and the model they told me their previous wholesale company paid was as follows:Acquisition rep responsible for finding their own deal, contracting it for the company, getting it to closing gets 30% of the fee generated by the wholesale.

@Daniel Murphydo you have a friendly agent or title company rep you could talk to? 

they pay that to the rep who called the property.Please keep in mind I am specifically referring to you being an actual cash buyer with real intention of making the purchase right then and there.
