You're already in a great area for passive income, which puts you a step ahead of other new investors.If you have an idea already of the type of investment you're looking to get into, I'd recommend adding some progressively specific keyword alerts so you know if anyone starts talking about your holy grail of niche, market, provider, etc.

Having said that, there are many people with dim prospects that have many kids, so I guess it works for a lot of people.Don't think notes are the holy grail. 

For some reason this seems a little too good to be true, am I right or have I found the holy grail of financing? 

I will also echo that main south is not a good area and south of holy cross there are some projects with higher crime.
