All contact, maintenance, inspection, lease, anything is handled in a queue....not a call.

At this point, I feel like they’re just avoiding it altogether.For those of you who have dealt with this before—how did you handle it?

I did like some features of Avail as far as using it for developing the lease and collecting rent but that left me with too many other functions I had to handle elsewhere.

I shared with my loan officer that I was “unimpressed” with the way underwriting was handling my file after declaring it complete.

I do not offer limited service where we handle cleans and maintenance only, but I have seen companies that offer that in the past.

From all parties it was not handled right.
