If McDonalds can sell BILLIONS of hamburgers even with high school students as cooks/servers by using their systems, imagine what a Marriott's hotel system can do with college graduates - trained specifically on hotel management.So...I don't do anything.I am fortunate to have a hotel operator with over 35 years experience and have about $1.5B worth of hotels under management.

Every McDonalds follows the exact same formula & process...exactly the same from how someone working the counter calls for more fries to what supplier furnishes the hamburger buns.

That includes the stock index as well.This is why becoming a real estate investor is the easiest way to make money in long-term basis (rather than owning a Hamburger joint for example).Regarding this thread, I'm no longer interested to argue if there's market crash or not, but all housing indicator is showing buying in end of 2022 til mid this year is the best year to *BUY a house* , before we can sell it again til 2026/2027 timeframe when the condition goes to normal.
