Well, last I studied, measles, was essentially eradicated from the planet, via a little thing called A VACCINE... ...that is, until some really smart people decided to not provide the vaccine to their young children -which you know, worked really well, causing measles outbreaks, amongst those clever ones, to the extent we've not seen in 50 years.  

I don't think tenants will  have resentment if you told them the rent they pay helps the landlord pay down the mortgage because most people on this planet, including many real estate investors, don't have a clue in regards to what that statement equates to.

Do it for your home to enjoy doing something good for hge planet.

Cameron, You live in a HUGE market currently, where are you looking that the grass looks greener to virtually wholesale in?
