Cost me a few grand because at that point in the deal it was just easier than arguing every single point, the buyer freaked out when she got the report and I can't say I blame her to be honest......Ok, Rant Over....

I am originally from Metro Detroit, I went to college in Kalamazoo, and I now live in Grand Rapids with my family.

Any program more than a couple grand is a rip off.

If you have a $5k judgement, and you can get a guaranteed grand or two from an agency, that's not a bad deal *and* you have the satisfaction of knowing they will hound this person from here to eternity.  

That’s an extra couple grand per month right there. 

@Nate T.There is no affordable software to handle both, for your loans I would recommend using a third party servicer especially if they are owner occupied since not sending statements etc is a fdcpa violation and end of year 1098’s are a painA company called mortgage office has some software but expect to pay a few grand per year.

I would have moved there but with Grand kids all on the west coast it was not an option.
