I think I would try to get past the one-year mark for capital gains then sell it.

And it has been gaining recognition as a vibrant, desirable place to live, especially for younger professionals and first-time buyers. 

By the time they research and go down all the rabbit holes of different strategies, never sticking to one in order to gain traction, they get exhausted, throw their hands up and never take any real substantive action.Pick something and go with it, all the way to its conclusion.  

My main question is whether it makes more sense to go the seller financing route and pay off the principal in 8–10 years or stick with a standard 30-year loan.My thinking is that the tax deductions from a mortgage wouldn’t outweigh the potential equity I could gain over those 8–10 years.

As ground-up ADU builds gain popularity I hope we see some affordable options, like modular, but from what I'm seeing now the ROI just wouldn't be there.I'm trying to help spread the word about this law and compile as much information as possible so I can help investors capitalize on it.

LoL So really trying to learn what I can, gain some capital, and see what my options could be for the year.I'd like turnkey and long term renters in place, as that seems like a good way to get started as a rookie. 

Now Im looking to maximize my potential, gain some financial independence and start making my money work for me and not work for my money.
