These are simply in my mind completely different types of companies.. for instance our sheetrock and insulation contractor in Oregon has 600 employees LOL he is a big deal he makes far more money than most of us who take the risk building the homes.. same with a lot of the under ground guys and foundation guys and framers.. and electricians with 30 electricians on staff plumbers same..

As for the Amish part, typically builders or general contractors will subcontract to Amish framers, or finish work, they often frame homes around here by hand, build custom cabinets, and do other carpentry work most often.

i tried to manage a property in north carolina while playing soccer in detroit..wasn't too bad...however i also just purchased a property in north carolina while living in philadelphia...not so easy..had to fly home to do final inspections, close, and make sure the electrician, framer, plumber, and handyman were all on the same page with me...i plan on moving back to manage the property..i just prefer to do things myself instead of property managers, so it's a must for me to be near my properties...did you fly to cleveland to see this property??
