Fortunately for me the business is horribly mismanaged so there's plenty of value-add opportunities.  

I am very fortunate to say that I can generator about $800 pure cashflow from this investment.

BP Community,Has anybody had any fortune and good visibility with selling their home/condo as a Fore Sale By Owner?

This was not an issue for us fortunately but something to plan for.The house is now in the process of being sold and we will do an exchange into another property. 

Assuming you did not spend a huge fortune in your purchase for those homes- that money is gone. 

That is as long as the silo home idea doesn’t cost a fortune.

We have been fortunate to have a few tenants re-up their 1-year leases multiple times so have only have the dreaded 3-4 month vacancy twice the whole time renting it but it's always a possibility.  

With that said, fortune favors the bold, and if you ever wanted a deal on property in the DR now is a great time to go shopping. 

@Bob Asad Don't fall for the trap believing you will  build a fortune off of single family rental cash flow.

Or maybe they will not pay rent and you have to evict (fortunately it has not happened to me yet).
