Does anyone have any creative ideas on how to structure the financing so that we aren't floating a huge monthly payment before the business even opens? 

I have one in the garage that floated in and landed on our beach.

I've thought about letting my loan float and re-lock, but that would cost even more than just extending the lock.My second question is regarding liability.  

Part of this limitation is that there are 1300 Section 8 vouchers floating around in my county; a very large number. 

I did not float the idea of seller financing, but it given the equity position, it may be a possibility.

Honestly, though, SMM and SEO aren't worth the money unless it is - if you get my drift. 

I'd like to float a seller-financing option as a solution to my financing issue. 

If you're going to leave the vanity, I would probably paint it a light color; if planning to replace, consider a floating cabinet with soft under-cabinet lighting to illuminate the floor (nice night-light and expands the space). 

.* Guru's Seminars;  OK they put you on a bus, give you the big tour of some parks, and hand you course-ware, some good some not so good you'll also get some entitled Mentorship Program were you'll discuss leads with your mentor ( who is really a guru competitor, if you get the drift. ) then suddenly your opportunity is gone. 

This might be a case of friends just drifting apart in later years.
