ALL ground glass facade requirement!

Situations like these arise quite often in condosWater penetration through failing stucco on several units necessitated a larger stucco and facade replacement in my case.

New facades for the building, new giant signs advertising the mall, etc. 

(minimum size/ stone facade/allowed building materials?)

Other examples are exterior facade work and landscaping.

Recently, our Parish/County blessed me with a grant to redo the facade of my commercial property.Now, upon my quest to continue my fulfillment of tenants.

I want to keep the brick facade - maybe art deco?

So I came across a house today that the current owner had put a white stucco facade over all the brick on the exterior of a house.

They are changing the rules so banks can look solvent in the hopes that they can maintain this facade until the economy recovers and they are again using our $$$ to do it!!

The main issue was the brick facade was pulling away from the house, I voiced my concern to my realtor before putting in the offer, the listing agent said they had it "looked at" and it was fine.
