I have worked on this endlessly but I think I hit a brick wall.

So to make a long story endless, they never could afford the 30 year payment to begin with and now after deferring so much interest it makes matters even worst!

You can use humor, use different card stock the options are endless.

You can only print worthless pieces of paper (based on nothing except the INABILITY of the government to endlessly tax the taxpayer) for so long, especially when you're on a decades-long hand-out spending spree for every loser that is too lazy to work.

If they could make easy endless millions doing their real estate trick, why are they out giving sales seminars to the marks?

and has done quite well for himself, Im hopping to get some good advice from someone thats not trying to make a buck or stear me wrong, hope to find a good RE Attorney in my area thru him.Im working on the same "list " of things to do and set up and this is my first post allso, I have spent the better part of 24hr. total of reading time on this site, and i cant tell you how much i have learned so far by just reading so may post , its endless and its great!
