We will be coming to town again for my son's DCI marching competition in August I believe, maybe we can grab a drink downtown and do a Bigger Pockets meetup.

I'm interested in starting with land flipping but I feel like I'm drinking from a fire hydrant with the amount of information available. 

Hey @Estrella Carolina Mckinney, that is super funny really.It's like saying if you want to live - Drink water, breath in and out, eat food, get some sleep!

If you run out of money because you're drinking appletinis on some beach instead of working in your prime years, you can always get a job at 60 or 70 - I see plenty of people that age greeting Wal-mart shoppers and gathering shopping carts in the parking lot :) 

We are also providing drinks and food after to celebrate the holidays.  

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies that spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

On top of that I started to interact with people in the life and a simple dinner or grabbing a drink will be a course in itself.

The LS members just seem to be drinking the Kool aide and not being really trained to evaluate deals but just rely on the agents and LS to guide them. 

We always have a speaker and have just started providing food and drinks as well.
