Then let the tenant plug their own router into that to distribute WIFI to their own devices. 

The wi-fi is really cheap here about $60 per month and I was thinking about offering that as an incentive to my tenants but I spoke to on of the installers and he said multiple devices accessing the network would slow access to the cameras and that's the last thing I need.

It would be a wonderful world if everyone could afford every safety device and had time to research them, but the truth is that sometimes you have to wait until time and money permit you to set up things for a large company. 

Yes it can do multiple page PDFs, but you can save those for your desktop scanner.I use dropbox to organize my properties into folders/ document sub-folders for easy retrieval at whatever computer or mobile device I am using.
