If your test comes back hot then you go and hire a licensed industrial hygienist who will come out and do a full blown sampling and produce a report.

Just as a highlight, the property has fire damage, was there insurance in favor of the lender which covers such damage and will that claim transfer to you or should some of those proceeds be used to demolish and clear site or clean up site; will you be indemnified for any future liability if not, etc - point is, I would worry more about your not so common deal rather than trying to find sample contracts of more common deals.

Each month the Rent Board selects a random sample of 10% of all notices which state owner or relative occupancy as the reason for eviction, and transmitts this list to the District Attorney for possible investigation.

@Matthew Gainey I would recommend finding some sample OA's for your state online and seeing what they have.

I'm assuming there are great ODSP tenants out there, I just didn't have that experience, though n=1 is a pretty low sample size.

If you go online to sites like ifloor or builddirect they will actually send you 5 free flooring samples for you to see and compare.

There are samples here in BP, but your local REI club will have better examples for local laws.
