Unless you are pursuing a professional designation like doctor, lawyer, dentist, or accountant, a college degree is not worth what it used to be.

Then again, I run into doctors/dentists that invest like that and most are not getting the max return (being kind here) they could by being passive.

Make it a goal to have conversations about real estate daily with anyone...prospects, other agents, past clients, your dentist....and so on.
