Accounting Software?
9 January 2025 | 16 replies
When we moved our companies to a new accounting software we looked at Quickbooks, but found its international awareness (tax rules, multi-currency, locale support, etc), project/job, and multi-company abilities to be clunky. To be fair, none of the candidates hit everything on our wishlist. We ended-up selecting MoneyWorks by Cognito and have been satisfied with it over the past three years.

Having a long-term rental while living abroad is do-able.Flipping houses while abroad, in my opinion, more difficult, especially if its your first go around with real estate.I would recommend taking a flight and staying in the area for a week and inspect the neighborhoods and make connections. You can reach out to @Elenis Camargo who has a PM company in Jacksonville.Best of luck though.

NC residential equivalent of a NNN lease?

Interesting idea, but I suspect that would create more problems than it is worth. Most of the leverage you have with a NNN lease is that you are working with a company, presumably one that makes money.
