You may have to decipher the entire corporate structure that they set up but eventually you'll find a person behind it.

I have a plat map, but it is very tiny and therefore difficult to decipher. 

One thing I like to do is decipher my true ARV, run my analysis, then change my ARV to a 'depressed' selling price, if I still manage a profit I feel much more comfortable making an offer.

The end of my path is easy for me to envision, but the first step is proving the most difficult to decipher of them all.
