We are older and my daughter is grown and we are looking to have enough passive income to live in and a little extra.

I'm also located in Glen Ellyn, IL - I lived here with my wife and daughter for the past six years.

I contacted the daughter (son left the state) and she wants nothing to do with the property. 

I have one daughter at The a University of Arkansas and she just started in her third year and she is making me more proud of how she is doing.  

He has 2 surviving kin, one of which is institutionalized, and I'm fairly certain his (middle aged) daughter will want to sell.What makes this a possibly great opportunity is the fact that he was the first owner of the home, built in the late 50s early 60s, and owns the property free and clear!

My daughter broke something and started screaming at that point.

Hi all, I am dealing with a seller (trustee/daughter) that is selling her father's house.  

Personal stuff - I love spending as much time as possible with my 5 yr old daughter and the rest of my family, I love fitness (generally work out at least 5x a week), and I've recently developed (better late than never) a passion for real estate investing as a means of 'getting out of the rat race' as well as acquiring knowledge in general in order to better myself and share that knowledge to help others.I haven't uploaded my Pro video yet, but I plan to as soon as I get a moment so my BP peers can get a better feel (beyond the photo) for who I am.
