But anyways, I did not mean to make a case to bash wholesalers or any "9-5" job;  I did not get into this to quit what I do for a living, but rather to make enough money someday through investing that I could do my nonprofit work for free because I love doing it. you both have careers you are proud of and  still have enough time in the end of the day to cyber bully each other – isn't that the American dream after all?

To be able to secure more bookings when you aren't staying there,  I would caution against buying a place that is too far north along the east shore, many guests here like to be close to the action (Heavenly,  Casinos, the city of south lake)

If you are into buy and hold, there are a lot of great reasons to invest here: huge military presence (average person moves every 3 years), potential Amazon fulfillment center in Suffolk and Norfolk Resort Casino.  

This house has great comps around it, it's close to two major casinos and interstate 95.

Those are the areas that I've been searching in, particularly Temple Hills, Oxon Hill with the new casino coming.  

For instance Linden areas and out near Casino etc.

This strikes me as a town that has artificially low real estate prices due to government capture by the casino industry.

Plus they're in the works of building a casino in Springfield right now.

I'm a poker dealer at the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh.

I walked that whole area and only saw one for sale.Joe my best guess is that behind the Motor City Casino will be completely rebuilt.
